I help home service businesses build an online presence that feels as professional and trustworthy as the work they provide. You work directly with me, not a faceless agency.

Home service businesses are the reason neighborhoods actually work. The plumber who calls back. The roofer who shows up when he says he will. The contractor who treats your project like it matters. These are the people I love helping.
My belief is simple. If someone is doing good work, their website and social media should say so, clearly and truthfully. Trust matters more than trends, and showing up matters more than showing off.
The Digital Contractor was built to make something that often feels overwhelming feel calm, clear, and worth being proud of.
Every neighborhood runs on home service pros. The HVAC tech who answers on the hottest day of the year, the plumber your neighbor swears by, the deck builder whose work you notice from the street. They keep homes safe, comfortable, and worth being proud of.
I love working with these businesses because they are the reason a house ever gets to feel like a home. Heat in the winter, water that runs clean, a roof that holds. When a pipe bursts at midnight or the AC quits in July, they are the ones who show up and fix what most of us would have no idea how to handle on our own. Everything we take for granted about being comfortable in our own homes is because someone in the trades made it that way.
Too many great home service businesses are hidden behind websites that do not represent them and social feeds that have gone quiet. Not because they do not care, but because they are busy running a real business. I started The Digital Contractor to be the person in their corner, so they can stay focused on the work their customers actually hired them for.
My favorite part of this job is the moment a client sees their business online and finally says, that is us. That is why I do this.
Good businesses deserve to be easy to find, and even easier to trust.
Here's how we go from a first chat to a finished website or a social feed you're actually proud of.
Tell me about your trade, your service area, your busy season, and the jobs you actually want more of. Whether you run HVAC, plumbing, roofing, cleaning, or lawn care, I want to hear how the phone rings today and what you wish came in instead.
You get a straight plan. What pages you need, what your service area map should say, how homeowners and property managers will find you, and whether social media belongs in the mix yet. No packages you do not need, and no jargon you have to decode.
You keep running calls and I handle the rest. Writing, design, photos, service pages, quote requests, and your Google presence. I check in with short updates you can read from the truck, and I never leave you guessing where things stand.
Launch day is the start, not the finish. New service added, a crew hired, a slow month coming up, you text me and it gets handled. Think of me the way your customers think of you, the person who actually picks up and takes care of it.
Your business, told the way you would tell it.
Clear updates, realistic timelines, real conversations.
Design and content that reflect the people behind the work.
The most important thing I can earn, and the reason clients stay.
Careful work over rushed work, always.
I would rather grow with a few great clients than churn through many.
I'm originally from Ohio, spent eight years in California, and eventually made my way to Charlotte, North Carolina. I'm endlessly curious. Psychology and neuroscience are my favorite rabbit holes, and I have a real love for self development and business development. Health and wellness matters a lot to me too, so you'll usually find me out on a long walk, in the gym strength training, or doing something to stay active.
Outside of that, I'm happiest in nature, traveling, playing disc golf, or slowing down enough to enjoy the little things. I'm a sucker for a good sci fi show or a crime drama series, and my taste in music leans heavily toward alternative rock and the dad rock I grew up on. And then there's Princess, my cat, who is always somewhere nearby making an ordinary day feel a little better.
Home service professionals. General contractors, cleaners, landscapers, plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, painters, and the rest of the trades. Family run companies out doing real work in their communities are where I feel most at home.
I'm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, but I work with home service businesses all over the country. Wherever you are, we can make it work.
Yes. Almost everything I do is remote, which means I can support home service businesses in Charlotte and beyond without missing a beat.
Of course. Some clients only need a website, some only need social media, and some want both. I will help you decide what actually fits.
Schedule a consultation. We will have a real conversation about your business, and if it feels like a fit on both sides, we go from there.
As involved as you want to be. Some clients want to review every step, others want to hand it off. I will meet you wherever you are.

A quick consultation is the easiest way to find out. No pressure, no pitch, just a real conversation.
